Serving up sensational treats for guests

Set on a stunning cliff top location in the Algarve, Pine Cliffs Resort overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by stunning landscapes. 

One of Europe’s leading integrated luxury and family resorts, Pine Cliffs Resort has won numerous awards since opening in 1992 and prides itself on blending nature with exceptional hospitality.

Staging top events is also on the menu over the next few months.

Pine Cliffs has announced the return of its highly anticipated Chef’s Table events in April and May, promising an exclusive culinary journey that celebrates the finest flavours of the region, led by renowned Michelin-starred chefs.

And Irish singer and songwriter Ronan Keating, former lead singer with Boyzone will be performing at its annual Summer Gala, taking place on August 1 2025.

The Chef’s Table gastronomic experience invites guests to indulge in an intimate evening of gourmet excellence. Four Michelin-starred chefs will craft a multi-course dining experience with each dish expertly paired with exceptional Portuguese wines to elevate the dining journey. 

With a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients, the menu is designed to showcase the rich culinary heritage of the Algarve, blending contemporary techniques with traditional Portuguese influences.

Tuck in to the food schedule:-

Friday April 11 – Chef Rodrigo Castelo, who owns the speciality fish restaurant ÓBalcão, is recognised internationally with one Michelin Star. 

Friday April 25 – Chef Ricardo Costa, the Executive Chef at the highly acclaimed The Yeatman Hotel in Porto since it opened in 2010.

Friday May 9 – Chef Vasco Coelho Santos who runs the one Michelin Star restaurant, Euskalduna Studio in Port.

Friday May 23 – Chef Rui Paula, who has been present at all previous editions, will reveal an evening of originality through his surprising modern recreations of flavours, textures, aromas and colours found at his Casa de Chá da Boa Nova restaurant (two Michelin stars).  

The resort has appeared twice on Condé Nast Traveller’s ‘Gold List’ and has scooped a multitude of accolades at the World Travel Awards including Portugal’s Leading Family Resort seven times. In 2024, it was recognized as Best Luxury Resort in Europe, Best Luxury Seafront Resort and Best Luxury Family Resort in Portugal at the World Luxury Hotel Awards. Award winning Serenity – The Art of Well Being was awarded Best Wellness Retreat in Portugal in 2023 and 2024 at the World Spa Awards.

Pine Cliffs, a Luxury Collection Resort in the Algarve, To allow more guests the opportunity to enjoy the finest Portuguese cuisines presented by the renowned chefs participating in this series, all guests can enjoy the dish created the day after the dinner, promoted by the host chef for dinner at the O Pescador Restaurant.

The Chef’s Table dinners start at 8.00 PM and include a welcome cocktail on arrival. The dinners are available for €195 per person including wines and are limited to 21 people.

Pine Cliffs, a Luxury Collection Resort in the Algarve, has announced that Irish singer and songwriter Ronan Keating will be performing at its annual Summer Gala, taking place on August 1, 2025.

With a remarkable career spanning over 3 decades and millions of fans worldwide, Ronan is one of the most remarkable names in global pop music. As the lead singer of Boyzone, one of the most iconic boy bands of the 1990s, Ronan also built a successful solo career.
