Where do we go from here?

The past two years have, without doubt, brought the worst of times for those who love to travel.

It’s been a recurring nightmare for everyone working and operating in the travel industry – empty airports, empty beaches, cruise ships in quarantine and holiday hot spots forced into cold storage.

And it been nothing short of depressing for most travellers. Most have been forced to put holidays on hold, and those who risked a trip overseas faced the prospect of expensive quarantine and covid tests on their return.

Just as we thought it was safe to dust down the passports covid delivered a new setback and travel plans are again in total disarray.

Now it’s a case of hold on – we have to deal with Omnicron

There’s no doubting that Covid-19 has a lot to answer for and the travelling public is itching to wreak its revenge.
